REFUNDS

ALL REFUNDS ARE INVESTIGATED ON A CASE-BY-CASE BASIS.  IF YOU BELIEVE THAT YOU ARE ENTITLED TO A REFUND, PLEASE FILL OUT THE REFUND REQUEST FORM ON OUR WEBSITE.  WE WILL TAKE A CLOSE LOOK AT YOUR CLAIM AND REQUEST.

At Skull Merchant, every piece is created with pride, precision, and limited-run intention. Because many of our products are printed to order or produced in small batches, our refund policy is structured to balance fairness with product integrity.

By purchasing from www.skullmerchant.com, you agree to the terms below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Item must be unworn and unused

  • Item must be unwashed

  • Item must be in original condition

  • Tags (if applicable) must be attached

  • Return request must be made within 5 days of delivery

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, the following are non-refundable:

  • Limited-edition drops

  • Clearance / sale items

  • Custom or personalized orders

All sales on these items are final.

3. Return Shipping Responsibility

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

To be eligible for a refund:

  • The product must be shipped back at the customer’s expense

  • We recommend using tracked shipping

  • Skull Merchant is not responsible for lost return packages

Refunds will only be processed once the returned item is received and inspected.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective:

Please contact us within 5 days of delivery with:

  • Order number

  • Photos of the issue

  • Description of the defect

If approved, Skull Merchant will:

  • Replace the item or Issue a full refund (including original shipping where applicable)

We cover return shipping for defective items only.

5. Exchanges

We offer size exchanges when inventory is available.

Conditions:

  • Customer covers return shipping

  • Replacement shipping fees may apply

  • Item must meet standard return condition rules

6. Refund Processing Time

Once your return is received and approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time: 5–10 business days

  • Banks / credit card providers may take additional time

Shipping fees are non-refundable (unless item is defective).

7. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only if production has not started.

Because many Skull Merchant items are made-to-order:

  • Once printing begins, cancellation is no longer possible

8. How to Start a Return

Fill out the contact form and in the message portion, let us know what has happened to warrant this return and we will investigate.

Include:

  • Full name

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

Return instructions will be provided upon approval.

9. Policy Abuse

We reserve the right to refuse returns or refunds if:

  • Excessive returns are detected

  • Items show signs of wear

  • Policy misuse is suspected

Skull Merchant stands behind every design and product we produce. If we mess it up, we fix it. If you change your mind, we’ll still help — but return shipping stays on the customer.
